Founded in Johnson City, NY, Food & Fire BBQ Taphouse is the culmination of a dream shared by co-owners Jose Moreira, Dan Polhamus, and Jeff Tiderencel. Since its inception, this hometown favorite has garnered a substantial following in the Binghamton, NY and Scranton, PA markets.
The newest Food & Fire Middletown location, due to open inside the Galleria at Crystal Run, will ignite the same spirit and dedication that has made the Food & Fire brand a cherished favorite for nearly 10 years. Guests will experience a family-friendly, welcoming environment boasting a modern twist to the typical rustic BBQ restaurant look and feel, while also providing the option for outdoor seating during the warmer months.
