How far in advance do I need to schedule my shoot?

How much does it cost to film at Galleria at Crystal Run?
Prices vary based on the needs. An initial meeting will be scheduled where price will be determined.

I'm not looking to film, but I need a place to park vehicles. Is that possible?
Yes and yes! If you are filming elsewhere, Galleria at Crystal Run’s parking lots can be used for base camps.

We're a small production and we're starting out. How can we work together?
We are pleased to work with production crews of all shapes and sizes. If you are just starting out, we’ll ask you for items such as updated portfolios, a treatment, and script scenes.

I'm currently a student and don't have a budget. Can I still film at Galleria Crystal Run?
Yes! Students will need to submit a rubric to our Sales Team and the teacher’s contact information.

Can we film our project in an empty store?
As long as there is availability, you are more than welcome to.

Can I shoot a music video at the center?
Yes! For a music video to be considered, we’ll ask you for items such as the artist’s information and a treatment.

How can I film within a business that's located in Galleria at Crystal Run?
To work with a business located inside the shopping center, you will need to work with them individually. All productions should be in communication with Galleria at Crystal Run’s Sales Team during this process.

Do we need to provide proof of insurance?
All organizations are required to show proof of insurance prior to filming at Galleria at Crystal Run. Certificate of Insurance requirements will be discussed during the initial meeting.
