Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Exemplify our Values: Embrace and uphold the values of community, respect, servant spirit, hard work, integrity, fun, and teamwork in every interaction.
- Execute precise food preparation, including grilling, smoking, and slow-cooking techniques.
- Ensure dishes meet FOOD & FIRE’s high-quality standards and reflect both authenticity and innovation.
- Collaborate with kitchen team for timely order execution and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean work environment.
- Keep cooking station organized and stocked with ingredients, tools, and supplies.
- Adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
