Following a Wednesday-evening VIP party and ribbon cutting with the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, 110 Grill opened its doors to the public, Thursday at 4:00pm at the Galleria at Crystal Run. The new location is the Massachusetts-based chain’s 23rd restaurant and third location in New York State. For the Galleria, the grand opening marks the shopping and entertainment destination’s fourth sit-down restaurant, as 110 Grill joins the ranks of Fuji Japanese Steakhouse, Johnny Rockets, and Peru Cuisine Bar & Grill.
The menu, developed by 110 Grill’s Director of Culinary, Elliot Williams, combines his global culinary influence with American classics. The result is a rotation of seasonally-inspired recipes created with food allergies top of mind, meaning 110 Grill offers a gluten-free version of the entire core lunch and dinner menus.
Around the restaurant’s horseshoe bar, guests can enjoy a variety of handcrafted cocktails, a diverse wine list, and beer from both local and national breweries. This season, 110 Grill Middletown will be serving up the Banana Nut-Tini, made with Van Gogh Vanilla Vodka, Frangelico, Godiva White Chocolate and Banana Liqueur. 110 Grill’s Margarita and Rosemary Gin Fizz, Pomegranate Basil Smash, and Pom-Berry Sangria will be available, as well.
“We see Middletown as the perfect location to lay down roots as our next expansion within New York State,” said Ryan Dion, 110 Grill’s Chief Operating Officer. “We are thrilled to partner, once again, with the Galleria’s parent company, Pyramid Management Group, to open our third New York location and look forward to introducing our modern-American cuisine as the newest addition to the region’s vibrant culinary scene.”
The Galleria’s marketing director, Ethan Weber, echoed Dion’s enthusiasm. “We’re excited to continue the Galleria’s incorporation of dining and entertainment by welcoming such an inviting eatery with a delicious menu into our tenant mix,” he said. “And the Galleria community is looking forward to summer evenings spent listening to live music on 110 Grill’s patio!”
110 Grill Middletown is among several recent openings by the four-year-old restaurant group. The new locations include West Lebanon, NH, Plymouth, MA, and Syracuse, NY. The team is projected to open additional locations in South Boston, MA, Henrietta, NY, and Latham, NY this summer.
