We encourage our guests, visitors and store employees to contact Galleria at Crystal Run Security with any concerns, questions or issues you may have while on property. Violations of the Law

Any act defined by federal, state or local laws, regulations, or ordinances as a criminal act is prohibited. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Graffiti, property damage, defacing, damaging or destroying any real or personal property
  • Using or possessing consumer fireworks
  • Possessing guns and other personal weapons (which are banned on these premises)

Mall Equipment

Any misuse, malicious action, or purposeful neglect of safety standards in place for this or similar equipment will result in personal liability, criminal charges and payment for damages.

Strollers are available to rent for a nominal fee. Strollers are located in the Target hallway.

Wheelchairs are available free of charge through Galleria at Crystal Run Security. To request a wheelchair, call the Security office at 845.239.6767

Personal Possessions & Property

For the security of Galleria at Crystal Run’s guests and your own personal possessions, please do not leave purses, shopping bags and other items unattended. Please be considerate of your surroundings and the personal property of other guests and mall tenants.

Should you come across such items, Lost & Found is located at the Security Office on the first level between Champs and Beauty Plus. We encourage everyone to report any missing or lost items to this location. If you would like to inquire about a lost or missing item, please call the Security Office at 845.239.6767

Conduct

Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive, or which interferes with and/or endangers businesses or guests is prohibited. Galleria at Crystal Run management reserves the right to remove any groups or guests violating our code of conduct. Such conduct may include, but is not limited to:

  • Running, loud offensive language, spitting, throwing objects, fighting, horseplay, obscene gestures, gang signs, skating, skateboarding or bicycling
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises except for service animals. Exceptions may be made for pets being taken to and from pet stores or photography sessions, either on a leash or in a cage
  • Intimidating behavior by a group or individuals
  • Loitering; engaging in soliciting; blocking storefronts, fire exits, escalators or elevators; or walking in groups in such a way as to inconvenience others
  • Unauthorized picketing, demonstrating, soliciting, protesting or petitioning
  • Distribution or display of private content, materials or handbills requires the prior written consent of Galleria at Crystal Run management

Galleria at Crystal Run welcomes guests of all ages. However, during designated hours on Friday’s and Saturday’s (4:00pm to close), guests 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or adult 21 years or older. All guests should be prepared to show valid identification (with picture and date of birth) such as a driver’s license, state identification card, military ID, passport or visa.

BEHAVIOR CODE

Galleria at Crystal Run is a private property dedicated to providing a safe, convenient and enjoyable shopping, dining and entertainment environment for our guests, tenants and employees. Everyone is expected to follow the Behavior Code at all times.

Management reserves the right to exclude from the premises any person that is engaged in activities which are not directly related to, or which detract from, the experience. Persons violating the Behavior Code may be directed to leave Galleria at Crystal Run, banned from entering the property in the future, and/or prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

  • Fighting, horseplay, harassment, loitering, offensive language, shouting, loud noise, littering, picketing, protesting, solicitation or any illegal activities are not allowed on Galleria at Crystal Run property. Management has the right to exclude from the facility any person or group who in the opinion of Management is obstructing, hindering or harassing shoppers or visitors, or who is engaged in conduct that is unrelated to or detracts from the experience of our guests. For the safety of all, you may not run, skate or use a skateboard, hoverboard or similar devices on Galleria at Crystal Run property. You may not ride bicycles on sidewalks or the interior of the complex.
  • Guests and employees shall be fully clothed. The wearing of apparel which is designed to provoke a disturbance, negatively impact the interest of merchants or engage shoppers or other legal invitees in conflict is prohibited. The display of signs, banners, posters, apparel and the like that tend to provoke a disturbance, negatively impact the interests of merchants or engage shoppers or other legal invitees in conflict, is also prohibited.
  • The possession of any weapon, other than by law enforcement personnel, is strictly prohibited.
  • The entire Galleria at Crystal Run property is tobacco/smoke free. The use of vaping devices is strictly prohibited.
  • Photography or videotaping without Management approval is strictly prohibited.
  • The consumption of alcohol is permitted in licensed premises only.
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises except for service animals. Exceptions may be made for pets being taken to and from pet stores or photography sessions, either on a leash or in a cage.
  • Group functions, activities or gatherings unrelated to the guest experience are not permitted without written Management approval following the submission of an application.
  • Escalators are under video surveillance. Any misuse, malicious action, or purposeful neglect of safety standards in place for this or similar equipment will result in personal liability, criminal charges and payment for damages.
  • The parking area is private property and is intended for the use of guests, visitors and employees. Vehicles must be parked in legally designated spaces. Unauthorized overnight parking is not permitted. Violators are subject to ticketing and/or towing at owner’s expense. Authorization for overnight parking can be requested by contacting Mall Security at 845-239-6767.
  • In accordance with school attendance laws, and in support of education, children 6 to 16 years of age are not permitted on property during school hours, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Clothing/Attire

Galleria at Crystal Run requires all guests to wear appropriate attire; pants/shorts, shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Inappropriate attire may include, but is not limited to:

  • Apparel which has obscene language, obscene gestures, or racial/religious/ethnic slurs that are likely to create a disturbance
  • Clothing that deliberately obscures the face, such as hooded tops, balaclavas, ski masks or modified ski masks are also prohibited. (NOTE: Free face masks will be provided if necessary to assist guests who attempt to wear inappropriate attire as a means for COVID-19 protection.)
  • Bulletproof vests or simulated bulletproof vests

General Parking Information

The parking area is private property and is intended for the use of mall guests, visitors and employees. Vehicles must be parked in legal designated spaces. Violators are subject to tickets and/or towing. Unauthorized overnight parking is not permitted and is also subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
